Hi, I'm Kwin.

For nearly 10 years I've worked beside the people who run things: a bank Division Head overseeing 11 branches, CEOs of US coaching firms, and the business owners they serve.

My work sits where clients, leaders, and systems meet. I run the meetings and strategy sessions, take the hard client conversations, and build the processes that stop small problems from becoming big ones.

Client Success

I manage client relationships end to end: onboarding, check-ins, escalations, and the honest conversations that keep good clients for the long run

CEO & Leadership Team Support

I manage your calendar across time zones, prepare and run your strategy sessions, and keep leadership followups from slipping.

Systems & Operations

I set up and migrate CRMs like HubSpot, design onboarding and offboarding workflows, and audit tools to cut waste.
